With his management experience, he sees himself as a bridge builder between the customer and technology, marketing/sales and IT, program and line, as well as between subsidiary and parent company.

His goal is to initiate and enable sustainable changes. Particularly in challenging and complex situations, he leverages his extensive experience, saying, “Count on me – you can rely on me to make the project a success.” His focus is always on initiating, planning, guiding, and implementing changes, as well as collaboratively and sustainably embedding them within the organization together with employees and leaders.
